Privacy
This page explains what data the shop collects on this site, why, and what your rights are, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Controller
Blend Barber Shop Sàrl, Rue Saint-Honoré 2, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Contact: blend.barbershop.ch@gmail.com, 079 889 63 50.
What we collect
When you book online: your name, phone number, email address, the service, the day and time you chose, and the site language.
When you visit the site: our host records technical information such as your IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
The site itself uses no cookies and no audience-measurement or advertising tools. One exception: the Google Maps map on the home page. When it is shown, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.
Why
Only to manage your appointment: to enter it in the shop's calendar, to send you the confirmation, the reminder the day before and the messages if it is rescheduled or cancelled, and to contact you if needed. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and the list of appointments.
- Google (the shop's Gmail and Google Calendar) sends the emails and keeps the shop's calendar; Google also provides the map on the home page.
These companies may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. They are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Switzerland recognises as providing adequate protection.
How long
Appointments booked online are automatically deleted from our list 12 months after their date. The appointment also stays in the shop's calendar, as in an appointment book.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to blend.barbershop.ch@gmail.com. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time with the link in your email. If you disagree, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
